Ceres Whisky Gin 500ml
We have aged our Strong Gin at 50% ABV in French oak Whisky barrels. The barrels have been re coopered with a heavy char. The barrels infuse their spirit into the Gin as it ages resulting in a straw coloured gin with oak and whisky notes. Best served neat, on ice or with soda water.
