GIN AT CERES DISTILLERY!
Have you ever wanted to become a Master Distiller for the day and flavour, curate and personalise your very own bottle of Gin?
Come and create your Gin at our Spirit Lab, perfect as a gift or experience to share with friends!
With a selection of over 40 botanicals to distill you will be able to make a 500ml bottle with your own Gin recipe and personalise the label!
Throughout the experience you will discover how to operate your still and the techniques we use to craft our award winning Gins.
Then sip and savour a complimentary Gin tasting paddle and share a Charcuterie platter to finish off the day!
What's included in the CDC Spirit Lab:
- A 2.5 hour session run by our master distiller
- Get creative and formulate your own Gin recipe
- Load the Still
- Distill your Gin spirit
- Learn how to cut your Gin
- And finish off with taste testing and bottling your special Gin recipe in a 500ml bottle to take home with you!
- You get to personalise your label - perfect for a special gift!
- A gin tasting paddle
- A shared Charcuterie platter
Included on the day will be a briefing on what you need to know to make your Gin. PLUS safety pointers to ensure everyone has a good time.
THE FINER DETAILS
- CDC Spirit Lab: $150 per person
- Duration: Approx. 2.5 hours
- Course is held the third Saturday of every month at 11am
- Class capacity: minimum 4 people, maximum 6 people
- Bookings must be made at least a week in advance of the course date
- What you need to bring on the day:
- iPhone or Android mobile to download the iStill temperature probe app
- Charging cable (we have USB points to connect to) - If you have any dietary requirements please let us know in advance
- Please note you may share sessions with other guests depending on booking numbers

Then with your take home bottle or newly improved cocktail mixing skills impress your friends at your next dinner party or why not bring your family to our Geelong distillery and bar on your next visit.
Taste Our Gins
Our delicious Gin flight is the perfect start to your Ceres Distilling Co. visit. You get to sample three of our Award Winning Craft Gins including Ceres Dry Gin, Ceres Strong Gin and Ceres Pepperberry Gin.
Then when you have worked out your favourite you can purchase a bottle to take home from our Distillery door.
