Ceres Barrel Aged Sherry Gin is one of our most tantalising Gins.
We have aged our Sherry Gin in 12 year old French Oak Spanish Sherry barrels that have been re coopered with a heavy char. The barrels infuse their spirit into the Gin as it ages resulting in a sherry coloured Gin with oak and sherry notes. Best served neat on ice or with soda water.
Ceres Sherry Gin is 40% ABV.
