Ceres Dry Gin is one of our first gins.
Our objective was to make a dry gin with a citrus base and Australian botanicals. With largely Australian botanicals, its long on juniper, with sunrise lime, lemon aspen and lemon myrtle for a citrus twist. Followed by the hint of sarsaparilla and cassia giving you a taste of spice.
Ceres Dry Gin is 40% ABV.
Ceres Pepperberry Gin has a nice balance of citrus and spice.
With the major botanicals combing coriander seed, citrus peel, strawberry gum and cardamon. The fusing of Tasmanian pepperberries, orris and angelica add to the complexity and gives the gin a beautiful finish.
Ceres Pepperberry Gin is 44% ABV.
Ceres Strong Gin is our take on a navy strength gin.
A London dry style strong gin long on juniper, with lemon, lime, and pepper leaf. The addition of finger limes rounds out the flavour nicely.
The higher alcohol content requires more botanicals to bring the flavours through.
Ceres Strong Gin is 58% ABV.
